Home - School Agreement

"Mum and I have seen a big change in him, his confidence, his attitude to school work. Yes he still has a few problems but nowhere near what they used to be. The system let our son down, but YOU have given us a new hope for him."

Home - School Agreement

To help the Cressey staff to work closely with Parents / Carers, so that we can coordinate our approach and work together as a team to support the child, we have a  “Home-School Agreement” for each student. We have three versions of the Agreement; one is for Primary students; one is for Secondary students; and one is for Off-Site students. The differences between each one are to make each agreement as meaningful and helpful as is possible.

This short Agreement summarises what Cressey College undertakes to do during the student's placement, what we ask the Parent(s) /Carer(s) to do to help the placement to succeed, and what we ask student to try to do; and all three need to sign it. The Staff will discuss this Agreement with the Parent(s) /Carer(s), when the student starts at Cressey. If any Parent / Carer has any concerns about the practicality of any aspects of the Agreement, then please do discuss these with your child's staff.

The agreement shown below is for Secondary students. The Agreement for Primary students is at this link; and the Agreement for Off-Site students is at this link
